Jaguar Land Rover’s venture capital arm tells Growth Business what its investment strategy is and the start-ups it's most excited about

InMotion Ventures is the venture capital arm of car manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover (JLR). The VC invests in tech start-ups across electrification, sustainability and connectivity.

Companies currently in its portfolio include Bumper, a payments company which enables customers to spread the cost of their car repairs, Caura, a platform for customers to view all their car-related payments and Envisics, a company offering augmented reality head-up displays.

Talking to Growth Business, its MD Mike Smeed talks about the relationship between InMotion Ventures and JLR, its investment strategy and the portfolio companies it’s most excited about.
