Jones previously worked for the company, which he joined in 2010, as commercial director and has over 20 years’ experience in the fast moving consumer goods sector, having worked previously for multinationals PepsiCo and United Biscuits.
Jones sums up Gro’s goals as ‘category leadership in the UK and global expansion’. The company achieved sales growth of 20 per cent to £11.4 million in 2011.
