YFM Equity Partners has sold its equity stake in Fitting Partner Group, which trades as HS Atec, back to the management team lead. The holding had been held  through South Yorkshire Investment Development Fund. The fund originally invested in the company, which provides parts to bus, truck and trailer repairers, in January 2007 and made a further investment three years later to support the business’s continued growth. Finanicial details were not disclosed.
