UK tech company Telesoft Technologies has acquired certain assets of US rival Think Engine Networks, including the intellectual property rights to the MCIAS announcement server and CX Network Exchange media server product lines. The terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
UK tech company Telesoft Technologies has acquired certain assets of US rival Think Engine Networks, including the intellectual property rights to the MCIAS announcement server and CX Network Exchange media server product lines. The terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
Telesoft is based in Blandford, Dorset, and provides technology to prevent fraud as well as billing and media services to telecoms networks. Think Engine Networks is a provider of media servers to US fixed and cable operators.
Bruce Markham, Telesoft Technologies CEO, said: “We are very pleased to have finalised an agreement on this matter and are keen to provide support to many of the former TEN and Cognitronics customers through our newly acquired Danbury, Connecticut, office, offering a ‘business-as-usual’ approach.”
