Jamie Waldegrave is fast becoming one of the top industry experts on shopping centre analytics. From his work with Footfall 123 he built up the vast knowledge that has gone into his work as finance director at Coniq.
With the rise of online shopping, large retail centres are finally grasping the reality that significant steps need to be taken to entice shoppers to bricks and mortar units. Coniq does this through collecting vast swathes of data and proactively offering solutions to keep them coming back.
A hugely experienced leadership team is behind the company, with CEO Ben Chesser having previously held a senior position at management consultancy Oliver Wyman & Associates.
An impressive client base including L’Oreal, Time Out and Kraft means the company has a bright future in an area that is starting to look hugely lucrative.
Products: Coniq uses software and hardware to set up redemption networks in retailers within the shopping centre. Software and data teams analyse and provide insight into the data. Marketing tools including email, loyalty, social and apps allow the client to use the insight to influence behaviour.
