London-based telecommunications business SpiriTel has acquired ADK Communications for £1 million in cash. 


London-based telecommunications business SpiriTel has acquired ADK Communications for £1 million in cash. 

London-based telecommunications business SpiriTel has acquired ADK Communications for £1 million in cash.

ADK provides voice and data services to some 300 small and medium-sized enterprises. The Hertfordshire-based company generated pre-tax profits of £460,000 for the year to March on revenue of £1.6 million.

Alastair Mills, chief executive of SpiriTel, said: ‘[ADK’s] customer base is a strong fit for SpiriTel and further leverages the operational scale of our business division.’

In the year ending April, SpiriTel reported an increase in turnover of 18 per cent to £19.7 million, and pre-tax losses of £1.7 million.
