Turnaround firm RCapital has invested £800,000 in exchange for 26 per cent of the equity in 28 bars and nightclubs in Scotland and the North of England. The clubs are operated by Helena Leisure and the vendor was 3D Entertainment, whose major shareholder is LSE-listed Luminar Group. More details
