QBE in multiple acquisitions

Insurer QBE has agreed a number of acquisitions, the largest being ZC Sterling Corporation (ZCS) for an initial payment of US$575 million (£384 million). ZCS specialises in property insurance that protects lenders in the event that the original homeowners’ insurance policy is cancelled
