Gaming company Praesepe has acquired eight centres from Noble Gaming for £1 million.
The deal means that Praesepe will increase its UK coverage to 83 adult gaming centres, four family entertainment centres, six bingo clubs and an online bingo website.
Nick Harding, CEO of Praesepe, says: ‘There is scope to improve the venues and deliver increased revenue and earnings, without the cost and time delay of starting up entirely new greenfield sites. We remain the fastest growing AGC operator in the UK, and this acquisition gives us further opportunity to generate economies of scale.’
This is Praesepe’s second acquisition in 2010, following its buy-out of Beacon Entertainments in April.
