Pinnacle acquires ATUK

Darron Giddens, the founder director of ATUK, will remain with the business, which generated a turnover of £3.5 million in the year ending March 2009.

Alan J Bonner, chief executive of the company, said: “ATUK has an excellent team of people and its business is highly complementary to Pinnacle.”

In the year ending September 2008, Pinnacle reported an increase in revenues of 47 per cent to £1.5 million, with operating losses down 58.5 per cent to £1.07 million.
