The deal is Perspective’s tenth since the group, which aims to acquire independent financial adviser (IFA) firms, was established in April 2008.
Kent-based PIMS specialises in investments and mortgages advice and generated a turnover of £1 million in 2008. According to Perspective, the company will now be able to make its own acquisitions.
Perspective managing director Damian Keeling said: ‘It is our aim to provide acquired firms with the financial backing to allow them to make their own local purchases and we hope to bring a number of new firms under our umbrella using this method.’
The company will retain its brand and directors Glynn Downton, Neil Brenchley and Kevin Mullins will remain in place.
