Mid-market private equity firm Palamon Capital Partners has invested in Dress-for-Less, an online designer fashion outlet based in Floersheim, Germany. Dress-for-Less operates several full-price online shops for fashion brands and sells end-of-season designer apparel.
Under the leadership of its joint managing directors, Mirco Schultis and Holger Hengstler, the company has grown annually in excess of 30 per cent, offering a range of clothing and footwear, including brands such as Ben Sherman and Tommy Hilfiger.
Palamon’s investment in Dress-for-Less will support the company’s expansion in Germany and the rest of Europe, develop customer service and build corporate brand awareness.
