HW Corporate Finance is pleased to announce the successful divestment of British & Brazilian Ltd, a £40 million fresh fruit business, to AG Thames Holdings Ltd. HW Corporate Finance, led by partner Richard Hall, acted as lead adviser to the vendor, Cambridgeshire-based Produce World Ltd.
