Motivcom completes Zibrant deal

Milton Keynes-based marketing services company Motivcom has acquired Zibrant for up to £17 million.

The initial consideration of £15 million was satisfied with the issue of 557,693 Motivcom shares to Zibrant and a share placing on AIM.

It follows that Zibrant managing director, Christopher William John Madge, will join the board.

emw law was adviser to Motivcom on the purchase. Ian Morris led the team.
