The £140,000 funding was secured from Finance Wales, while Entrepreneur Action and SRBlegal advised Callow on the deal.

Liz Hitchings, partner at SRBlegal, acted for the purchaser. She said: “I was introduced to the purchaser by BPU Chartered Accountants, which prepared the forecasts and auditors report for the financial assistance aspects of the deal.

“The purchaser was looking for a local commercial law firm with which they could continue a relationship post-completion, so SRBlegal was an obvious choice.”
