Peter Bennett and Lucie Bradley have taken equal shares in Two Wests & Elliott, which manufactures and supplies mail-order garden hardware and accessories, such as greenhouses, fruit cages and watering systems.

Bennett and Bradley were advised throughout the transaction by accountant Hart Shaw with funding provided by Enterprise Ventures and Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank.

The bank’s investment was co-ordinated by Andy Cocker, head of its South Yorkshire Business Centre, who said: “This deal will reap rewards for Two Wests & Elliott, ensuring the continued success of the business for many years to come.”
