Keller Group makes US and Czech deals

Engineering group Keller has completed two bolt-on acquisitions in the US and the Czech Republic for an initial £14.1 million.

The Group purchased Craig Olden Inc, a Texas-based earth retention contractor, for $13.5 million (£8.6 million) and the deal includes the assumption of debt.

The Group has also acquired Boreta spol sr o, a Czech foundations specialist for an initial payment of CZK170 million (£5.5 million), together with an earn-out dependent on the future performance of the company.

Justin Atkinson, Keller chief executive, commented: “These acquisitions demonstrate Keller’s ability to make complementary, bolt-on acquisitions in different geographies which, together with the organic development of our existing businesses, have underpinned our consistent delivery of long-term growth.”
