Kaupthing administrator to sell Singer and Friedlander

The Evolution Group Plc, the investment bank and private client investment management group has reached agreement with the administrators of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander and certain subsidiaries of KSF, for its subsidiary Williams de Broe to acquire the investment management team of Singer and Friedlander Investment Management
