As part of a restructure, law firm Howard Kennedy has appointed partner Dov Katz as head of AIM within the firm’s capital markets group.

The group forms part of the corporate department, which represents 30 per cent of the firm’s revenue and has 19 partners. Recommended in the Legal 500, Katz specialises in corporate finance with expertise in AIM flotations, reverse takeovers, on- and off-market fundraising, VCTs, and public and private M&A.

Head of the corporate department Michael Harris remarks, ‘With many years’ AIM experience and connections, [Katz] is recognised as an expert in his field.’
