Imtech technical services provider in Europe has announced the acquisition of the activites of YIT in Hungary, the deal includes YIT Hungary Kft, YIT BIS Hungary and Duatec Hungary which realise an annual revenue of £9 million.

YIT Hungary is specialised in mechanical and electrical services, including energy and energy savings, fire safety and building automation for both private and public sectors. Imtech currently works for a large number of Eastern European customers and investors and will use the acquisition of YIT to facilitate this further.
