Icon acquires remainder of Beacon Bioscience

Icon plc, a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, has acquired the remaining 30 per cent shareholding of Beacon Bioscience Inc. Icon acquired a 70 per cent stake in Beacon Bioscience in July 2004. The financial terms of the latest transaction have not been revealed
