Energy management deal for t-mac

Round-up of today’s M&A deals

Energy technology business t-mac Technologies has acquired design engineering and manufacturing company FAW Electronics.

As part of its development strategy, which includes a 40 per cent growth target over the next 12 months, the deal adds to its energy management services and brings a specialist team of design engineers for electronic control requirements.

‘We aim to provide a seamless service for our clients,’ says Lisa Gingell, director at t-mac Technologies.

Gingell adds: ‘We have worked with FAW Electronics since our launch to produce and deliver technical hardware products for our ever expanding client base, so this acquisition was the next logical step.’
