A manufacturer of office products such as indexes, dividers, pads and files, has completed a £6.5 million re-financing.

Concord Office Products received the funds from asset-based lender Venture Structured Finance, which arranged a confidential invoice discounting line, inventory finance as well as plant and machinery, cashflow and capital expenditure loans.

The company raised the funds to buy new and replacement manufacturing equipment and has already bought an index-making machine, which will increase its capacity, and installed a new IT system that will integrate its manufacturing, sales, ordering and accounts processes.

Venture’s team was led by regional director Patrick Wilkins, who said he was attracted to the company due to its robust business and expansion plans.
