The captive audience TV network listed on PLUS to raise its profile among investors and customers to fund its expansion plans.
CADS has an audience of 1.8 million viewers per month on Topaz, Statoil, Texaco and Esso forecourts throughout Ireland, according to Lansdowne Market Research.
LHM Casey McGrath provided advice on the listing. The team was led by Con Casey, managing partner, assisted by Vincent Barry, director of corporate finance.
