Airsprung in Hush-A-Bye deal

Airsprung, a Wiltshire-based supplier of manufactured and imported furniture, has acquired Hush-A-Bye Ltd, a Birmingham-based manufacturer and supplier of mattresses, for £300,000 in cash.

Thai stockbroker Syrus Securities has acquired the broking units of rivals ACL Bank and Finansa for an undisclosed sum.
Credit availability is on the rise, according to the most recent Credit Conditions Survey conducted by the Bank of England.
