Aberdeen and Credit Suisse in tie-up

Aberdeen Asset Management has agreed to acquire parts of Credit Suisse’s Global Investors business for £250 million. The deal, which is subject to shareholder and regulator approval, will also see Credit Suisse take a 25 per cent stake in Aberdeen
