Marketing agency FullSIX has acquired Grand Union in an all-share deal.

FullSIX operates in a number of countries and is owned by its management and the private equity firm Cognetas; clients include Ferrari, Bulgari, HSBC and Mars.

Grand Union, a digital marketing agency, was founded by Matt Nicholls and Rob Forshaw and has just under 80 employees.

Marco Tinelli, president of the FullSIX group says that the acquisition will help to ‘accelerate the development of the group internationally’.

The founders of Grand Union will become shareholders of the FullSIX group and members of the group management board.
