The investment into Derbyshire-based Business Logic Systems is led by the Stockford Group, the investment arm of engineering entrepreneur and Classic FM co-founder Sir Peter Michael. It has led to the opening of offices in Vienna and Dubai, with more global expansion planned.

Stewart Goldberg, executive chairman of Business Logic Systems, says having a local presence in the company’s target markets is ‘critical’ to its success, adding that local sales and support teams will encourage existing customers to spend more money.

Will Wallis, an investment director at the Stockford Group, comments, ‘In today’s tough competitive environment it is more important than ever for mobile operators to use technology and automation to manage the lifetime value of existing customers and promote loyalty.’

Business Logic Systems counts Celcom, Saudi Telecom Company and Telstra among its customers. Its corporate partners include Acision and Ericsson.
