Telecoms solutions supplier and integrator AT Communications (ATC) is looking to raise £3 million, with the aid of broker Insinger de Beaufort, ahead of its upcoming AIM flotation.
The company provides a range of communication solutions to small and medium-sized corporate customers (offerings include voice, data, mobile and IP technologies) and intends to use the cash raised on admission to fund its expansion plans. Growth, chief executive Alex Tupman hints, will be achieved both ‘organically’ and ‘through bolt-on acquisitions’.
Chaired by former BT senior vice president Gerry Spencer, ATC generated a near-£950,000 profit last year from £11.8 million of revenue. Moreover, he states that ‘we have visibility of future earnings and our current trading is strong.’
Boasting around 2,300 UK customers, ATC is expected to command a £13 million market valuation when it lists on AIM around 1 July.
