- PSPI Plc, a Guernsey-based real estate investment and financing company, is set to acquire a portfolio of six care homes in Germany, which will be leased for €36.3 million (£28.7 million)
- Maxima Holdings Plc, an integrated IT solutions and managed services provider, has agreed to acquire DXI Networks for up to £8.5 million in a bid to strengthen its services. Barclays Bank Plc is backing the deal
