  • Australia-based Primary Healthcare has agreed to sell its pharmacy unit to Zuelling Group for $439 million (£236.3 million)
  • Aggreko, an air conditioning company, has agreed to buy Canadian firm Power Plus Rentals and Sales for £19.5 million
  • Brinker International has agreed to sell a majority stake in restaurant chain Romano’s Macaroni Grill to an affiliate of private equity firm Golden Gate Capital for $131.5 million (£70.9 million)
