Tulloch bought the house-building company from Alan Cameron and Kenny Paterson. David Sutherland, chairman of Tulloch Homes, said: “If ever there was a good fit of two house-building businesses coming together in the north this is it.”

Harper Macleod was lead legal adviser to the purchaser. The team was led by partner Donald Munro assisted by partner Louise Hamilton and assistant Ibrar Chishti on corporate matters and partner David Steel on property matters.

Munro said: “The Cameron & Paterson brand has an excellent reputation in the north and its addition to the Tulloch group allows the brand to have greater exposure across ScotlandS.”
