Trust Property Management Group plc has made its first acquisition since joining AIM in March by buying property services business Nightingale Chancellors.

The deal is part of Trust Property’s strategy of building an integrated property services group and was agreed for £710,000 in cash.

The acquirer was advised by law firm Darlingtons, led by senior partner David Swede, assisted by Debbie Serota.

“Darlingtons advised the directors in Trust Property’s AIM listing and was delighted to be instructed by Trust Property on this first deal as part of its strategy of developing through acquisitive and organic growth,” Swede said.

The firm also supplied specialist advice through head of employment Cyril Dennemont and commercial property partner James Swede.
