Midlands IT consultancy Trinity Expert Systems has acquired Eurodata Systems in a £14.8 million deal.
According to a statement the purhchase will support the long-term growth strategy of the business and provide the Coventry-based firm with a London office from which it can support its capital-based clients in the financial services and legal sectors.
The deal was financed with £12 million of funding from Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets.
Founded in 1992 by Steve McDonagh and two partners, who subsequently retired from the business, Trinity Expert Systems supports corporate customers with IT services such as consultancy, system design and development and integration and support.
