Tracsis caught Peeping

Tracsis Plc, a Leeds-based provider of transport consultancy services, has acquired rival Peeping for an initial consideration of up to £260,000 in cash and shares. 


Tracsis Plc, a Leeds-based provider of transport consultancy services, has acquired rival Peeping for an initial consideration of up to £260,000 in cash and shares. 

Tracsis Plc, a Leeds-based provider of transport consultancy services, has acquired rival Peeping for an initial consideration of up to £260,000 in cash and shares.

Norwich-based Peeping is a provider of research services to train operating companies and employs 80 staff. In the year ending April 2009, Peeping generated revenue of £432,000 and pre-tax profits of £153,000.

John McArthur, Tracsis CEO, commented: ‘This business is an ideal acquisition for Tracsis given the strong trading history of profitability, the industry experience of the management team, the reputation of the company, and the generally homogenous client base.’

In the six months ending January 2009, Tracsis reported a turnover of £945,000 and pre-tax profits of £172,000.
