In today’s deal headlines US online advertising firm Specific Media has bought Adviva Media as construction engineering consultancy RPS buys RWG for £10.1 million

Done deals:

  • Swiss firm Ascom has bought UK-based Argogroup in a bid to strengthen its position in the global market of mobile and stationary network testing
