The AIM-quoted company, a leader in its field, says it will make a further announcement ‘as soon as possible’. Steered by executive vice chairman and former nurse Kate Bleasdale, London-based Healthcare Locums has won support among shareholders since floating in 2005 with a respectable results record, increasing pre-tax profits 28.2 per cent last year to £17.7 million, on turnover nearly 5 per cent ahead at £172.1 million.
