The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) has attacked the speed of the delivery of investment from the Regional Growth Fund as the government announces the recipients of the second tranche of funding from the £1.4 billion fund.
The North West Fund for Venture Capital has backed training and education company Ambitious Minds with a £350,000 investment to ramp up marketing and sales initiatives.
More than 490 businesses have applied for government grants and investment as part of a second round of funding from the £1.4 billion Regional Growth Fund.
