Verizon's acquisition of cloud software technology provider CloudSwitch will position them to be in the company of other cloud giants like Amazon and Rackspace. Currently CloudSwitch does business in the US, the UK and Japan.
Melrose has disposed of its ownership in its Dynacast division in a deal worth £359 million, six years after it paid £429 million for the business in a multi-company deal.
