SRM, a Newcastle-based provider of operational risk management services, has acquired InfoSec Associates, a local information assurance specialist. The details of the deal were undisclosed.

SRM has recently become an accredited QSA company for the Payment Card
Industry Qualified Security Assessment (PCI QSA) and aims to increase its range of security services.
