Simon Williams, SmithBayes’ chief executive, said this funding will be the catalyst for further expansion and growth. “Securing this sizable investment means we can now advance to the next level and further develop our presence in this vast market.”

Eden was advised by Andrew Betteridge, a partner at Ashfords, who said: “This represents a further successful investment for Eden Ventures, which has consistently shown itself to be active in the market and proactive in finding and closing investments.”

SmithBayes, founded in early 2006, works with companies in the aerospace, energy, telecoms and healthcare industries in the UK, Europe and North America.
