• Circor International has acquired French aerospace company Bodet Aero for an undisclosed sum.
• Private equity firm Blackstreet Capital Partners has acquired the assets of medical devices distributor Professional Appearances, and renamed the company Scrubs AC. The details of the deal were not disclosed.
• Insurance and wealth management business RK Shipman has acquired Bovey Tracey-based C&M Financial Services (C&MFS) for an undisclosed sum.
• Energy company Drax Group Plc has acquired Haven Power, an electricity supply business, from Welsh Power for £10.75 million.
• Genesis Communications has acquired Increase CRM – the customer relationship management arm of Surrey-based software company Increase for an undisclosed sum.
