Refinancing for John Langford

Gentlemen's branded clothing business John Langford has been refinanced via a £3 million asset-based lending package.

The deal, handled by Venture Structured Finance, comprised an invoice discounting facility and stock loans.

Langford designs, manufactures and distributes clothing and wedding attire. It has held a licence to produce Pierre Cardin shirts for the past twenty years, and has agreements to sell a number of other brand names.

Hilco UK, a retail valuation company, provided a stock valuation and audit of Langford.
