London-based education company Redtray has acquired PPi Learning Services for an undisclosed sum.

PPi Learning Services provides IT and professional skills training. The company is best known for providing Microsoft accreditation courses to blue-chip organisations.

The deal follows Redtray’s merger with Academy Internet, the e-learning division of Brighton-based AI Digital, earlier this year.

Bob Woodland, CEO of Redtray, said: ‘We both deliver managed services to our clients and all will benefit from the broader portfolio that is now available. And with direct access to some of the best Microsoft authorised training in the UK, we will ensure our clients achieve the fastest possible Microsoft accreditations.’
