According to a statement by Host Europe, RedCoruna has recorded year-on-year growth for the past seven years and is said to be a ‘perfect brand fit’. Host Europe is planning to expand its European and global reach, and sees Spain as a key market for growth.

Thomas Vollrath, chief executive officer of Host Europe Group, comments: ‘We have been impressed with the steady growth of the RedCoruna brand.

‘With low churn and high levels of customer satisfaction, it has a customer-centric approach to business retention and development.’

Founded in 1997 Host Europe has registered more than four million domains and provides hosting to one million customers. It operates from its UK base in Greater London through its WebFusion brand.

Luis Veiga, founder of RedCoruna, adds: ‘This is an exciting chapter in RedCoruna’s history as we join one of Europe’s leading hosting groups.
