Primesight snaps up Titan 

Private equity firm GMT Communications Partners, through its subsidiary Primesight, has acquired the roadside advertising business of Titan Outdoor Advertising for an undisclosed sum.

Private equity firm GMT Communications Partners, through its subsidiary Primesight, has acquired the roadside advertising business of Titan Outdoor Advertising for an undisclosed sum.

Primesight owns a portfolio of outdoor advertising products including advertising display panels on major roads and retail outlets throughout the UK. The deal will double the company’s roadside offering.
