Perspective Financial Group, the consolidation vehicle for IFA firms, has acquired Chambers and Co for an undisclosed sum.

Perspective Financial Group, the consolidation vehicle for IFA firms, has acquired Chambers and Co for an undisclosed sum.

Chambers is the ninth IFA firm to be brought under the Perspective umbrella. The Chelmsford-based firm has a turnover of £400,000, with funds under management of some £20 million.

Damian Keeling, managing director of Perspective Financial Group, said: ‘This ninth acquisition will not be the last of 2009; we anticipate at least three more firms will be brought within the group before the end of the year and we have a significant pipeline of potential firms to assess in the months ahead.’

Following the deal, Perspective’s turnover is expected to reach £9.5 million, with funds under management of £500 million.
