Vann will remain president of the Organix board, providing consultancy services to Hero over the next three years.

Clarke Willmott (CW) was legal adviser to the vendor. The ten-strong deal team was led by corporate partner Sally Norcross Webb, assisted by senior associate Mike Watson, Carly Holt, Pippa Olden and Chidem Aliss, with brand protection advice from Dan Byrne.

“The transaction was processed in just three days,” advises Norcross Webb. “We conducted vendor due diligence and drafted the initial sale and purchase agreement; the deal was on a locked box basis.”
