Ocean Wilsons close to deal on Ultratug JV

Ocean Wilsons Holdings’ main subsidiary, Wilson Sons, has announced that their negotiations with Magallanes Navegaçoã Brasileira SA, owned by the Ultratug Group, are in the final stages of completing a joint venture that will operate vessels to support oil and gas exploration and production in the region
