AMP acquires Fulgent Media Group

Nordic telecom operator TeliaSonera has taken stakes in operators in Nepal and Cambodia for around US$488 million (£265.4 million). The company has bought a 51 per cent stake in TeliaSonera Asia Holding from Kazakhstan's Visor Group, and the entire share holding of Cambodia's Applifone.
